I like surfing, sailing, between the two shores of the Adriatic Sea in ..... a "high seas", which bears no resemblance to our way ..... we, the people of Romagna, we are accustomed to long stretches of sand to a flat coast and somewhat monotonous, with a dark blue water, to green, the sun rising from the sea and sunset in the mountains ....
From there, it's another story ...... the coasts are mostly rocky, the sand, with some rare exceptions and stones ..... the water changes color, depending on the depth of the sea from cobalt blue to turquoise ...... the sun rises in the mountains and drowns in the sea ...... The charm of the Croatian coastline is unimaginable ..... small harbors, bays, where the ' only noise is the chirping of cicadas desolate islands ...... and beacons scattered throughout the sea ..... I came back often to these places and the wonder is always the same .... for the wonder that open up before my eyes ....

We start early, casting off at 3:30, we leave behind the lighthouse in Cesenatico and the head bow to the east, the island of Losinj (Mali Losinj) belongs to us .. ... The sea is a little rough, but the evening is warm and quiet, lit by a crescent moon that colors the sea of silvery .... after a nice thermos of coffee and I Mauri chat in the cockpit, enjoying the night only our The rest of the crew (Ilaria, Leah and Luke) are sleeping in bunks .......

When we get several more buoys are free (there are about a hundred!) And we choose one .... The buoys are located in the channel created between the island of Sveti Petar Ilovik and on which lies a Franciscan monastery. The mooring buoy is to complete what our Eqipment prefer, for two reasons. First, the ease and peace of mind that gives this type of mooring. You arrive, you pass the summit of the lower ring and you're done. No sleepless nights hoping that the ear yet! Ilaria is an expert in this operation and was nicknamed "woman ".... beacon
The second reason is

Senza fretta, (siamo o no in vacanza), continuiamo il nostro viaggio verso Sud, la meta è l’isola Dugj of Otok (Long Island), Bay of Brbinj. The miles are enough, we go a little sailboat and as usual, in this body of water we spot a family of dolphins .... Brbinj We arrive at three o'clock in the afternoon and find a free buoy in the bay we like ..... after some problems with a neighbor's boat that was wrong to bring the top floor, complete our berth (again beacon ).....
After an aperitif we treat ourselves to dinner at a restaurant Antonio, where we eat octopus salad and grilled fish and then to bed .... A
Brbinj remain until Monday morning .... the beauty and tranquility of this bay are ideal for relaxing cradled by the waves .... between a bath and the other, reading, cooking and laugh ....
Password "idle"! Luca test bottles for the first time with Mauri, while we we relax on the boat ...... Saturday night the cook (that would be me) produces a pound of Tigelle and, sliced and accompanied by a generous Piquette, cheer the evening

In the evening we have dinner in a restaurant among the olive trees ... ..

Today we begin to climb through the Kornati islands, one of my favorite places on the Croatian coast for their wild beauty of the moon appear to be fragments embedded in a turquoise sea ... Very few these islands are inhabited, most are deserted, you can find some restaurants and plenty of tranquility ...
moor at anchor in a bay with crystal clear ... ..

Continue the path north. We cross all the Kornati enjoying the sun and the wonders that only nature can offer us to spend the night in one of the last bays of the Kornati Islands, before the narrow passage of Mala Proversa Which brings us back to the inland coast of the island of Dugi Otok
and spend the night again Brbinj.

This morning we leave the island of Dugi Otok and the lighthouse of Point Blank
to make the island of Ist stage, where we have some supplies for the last days holiday.
