Lactose Intolerance More Condition_treatment

The thermometer rose and the sun has arrived ....
so to speak! This May seem crazy in March! Lately
working hours and a bit of tiredness I always leave less time in the kitchen! Damn! Of course I do not stop to think about what I'd enjoy, or browse through my books, see the great classics and then dramatically "over addormentarmici!

Pappardelle with meat sauce


Ingredients for the sauce:
for many, or be frozen in portions for every occasion

500 grams of minced meat of the highest quality, choice of beef, pork, a piece of sausage

Cook over low heat for at least two hours or more, stirring occasionally.

Ingredients for the dough :

Pappardelle egg sauce


Boil a pot of salted water sufficient for the quantity of pasta.
When boiling the pasta and toss contol the exact minute of cooking according to directions on box.
Drain and season with a bit of butter and hot sauce. Serve immediately

Where is spring? Fine and good


After weeks of water in buckets today shyly came forward to look at themselves: there will be trusted?
It's time to short sleeves, dresses and especially the socks off!
my beloved sandals are tired of staying at the bottom all'armadio, facciamo la danza del sole e speriamo che sia la volta buona!
Tra gli impegni di lavoro, gli amici e le faccende di casa, il tempo scorre, a me però sembra immobile... avrei tanta voglia che questo periodo volasse!
Sfoglio i miei appunti disordinati e trovo qualcosa di mai sperimentato e che da mesi avevo scordato, è una ricetta di un amico... infallibile ai fornelli!
"Con i miei sogni, la gioia e le mie paure preparo qualcosa per chi più di me adora il genere..."


Crostatine al cioccolato nero


Ingredienti :
per 4 tortine piccole o per una grande torta

per la base:
una dose di frolla circa 400 g


per il ripieno:
70 g di mandorle tritate
4 uova
200 g di zucchero
200 g di burro
300 g di cioccolato fondente

Preparare la frolla come d'abitudine e porre in fresco.
Sciogliere il cioccolato con lo zucchero a bagnomaria un quarto d'ora prima di iniziare con i seguenti passaggi.
Accendere il forno a 180°. Sbattere le uova con lo zucchero e aggiungere le mandorle ben tritate.
Quando il cioccolato sarà ben sciolto e non troppo caldo unire le due preparazioni in a single container, mixing thoroughly .
Line a pan with the pastry into the edges higher, or (depending on size), 4 smaller.
With a fork, pierce the pastry base and pour the filling up to almost one cm below the rim, because if you have beaten the eggs well, chocolate swells in cooking.

Bake for 40 min . 180 °.
Serve cold with cream or ice cream.

Build A Canoe Trailer




I found them, fresh and shiny ... I'm like a magpie I have been kidnapped and brought to the house! Despite the difficulties, "taste / smell" that ultimately I complicate life in the kitchen ... I managed to clean all the creatures, but especially to produce a hot meal ...
also a bit 'of history says that the anchovies are a good food even from the standpoint of good health, like all the bluefish they too are full of 3 fats, protein, riboflavin, niacin, calcium, iron, phosphorus and selenium .... In short, all things we do well to sum up ... :-)
In the past, cook more often, it may be a Questin of laziness, since the only annoying part is just the preparation the threads clean beautiful!
And so we have recalled the old days ...




It 's a dish easy, especially if you are the fishes already cleaned and ready!
can be a delicious appetizer or a second very light, served in slices like a cake, I like a 'salad, but also a side dish of potatoes or rice are always combinations that work. The choice is yours.

Ingredients:

for a pie (a second or two for an appetizer for 4)

thirty fresh anchovies
a handful of salted capers
a tablespoon of chopped parsley
a "cup" of corn breading or breadcrumbs

salt (very little)
pepper

oil (garlic if you want) Put the capers in

water and rinse the excess salt.
Clean the anchovies well and open a book, let them lay down on a paper towel until ready to use.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Prepare the chopped parsley and add the drained capers, breadcrumbs and pepper, a little salt and two tablespoons of olive oil, for people who like: add a clove of minced garlic.

Under Door Viewing Prism

brief but intense ......




back ... and find that little bit of soul ... the same wonder!
I point out, different but the feeling is unchanged, the strength of this place continues to amaze me and make me fly.
Suspended in wind find all my memories.
I stop, breath and tell my story so that it remains here, including "pages" beautiful.



The work was easier than we had imagined, but the setbacks many more than expected! Including flight Trapani-Pantelleria after flying over the island has "meshed into reverse" and we brought back due to adverse weather conditions which prevented our landing. So one night in Trapani with hysteria and tension of the passengers and a day late on our schedule ...
Apart from that, my friends, the chef and the rest have welcomed us warmly as ever!
