The city is repopulated and the doors open for us to relax! For now we have empty drawers, closets and moved studied "the situation at home" in the months to come ...
:-) But now we can really say we are officially on holiday with great satisfaction and I set complete with a small booking our trip!
A collage of free nights, gifts forgotten wedding, a massage with a lot of pampering and a delicious dinner ... ahh! Well done! I was afraid of not being able to fit everything and instead of luck and low season are with us!
And in any case: either now or never ... I realized that for "various technical reasons" we would have never used those excellent gifts!
Meanwhile, in the quiet waiting maid, between dreams and things done quietly and listen to the day we enjoy the city that echoes the rhythms from his usual noises.

Spanish Wedding Invitations Wording

"wasters after the August holiday ... here I am!"
My week of vacation has flown in an instant, the chatter between the court and passing boats on the lake I realized just now that the relaxation wonderful as always runs stronger than the rest! Now the city again with its hellish climate, smog, and the nostalgia of that corner of paradise ...
But the real holidays are still waiting for a while, in about ten days we should be able to review the lawns, trees, water and dear friends ... young and old!
Between sprayings, a nap, a dream ......... the homemade ice cream!

Ingredients for ice cream simac :


2 eggs 200 g sugar
1 / 2 bag vanilla extract 100 g dark chocolate

50 g of hazelnuts shelled and peeled 200 g of fresh cream

400 g of milk,

Finely chop the hazelnuts and sugar, in part to melt the chocolate chips in a small part of the milk.
When the cream is cold combine all ingredients and mix well. Turn
meanwhile
cooler, even when ready turn the shovel, pour everything into the basket and cover.
Allow the blade to work long enough (with my ice cream maker 20/25
min).

Fruit! I could not miss this appointment ! Also on the wave theme of "Summer in the garden ..." I found two baskets full of plums, peaches and a couple of pears .. good, but way too many!
take advantage of lower temperatures in the city and between summer downpour put under glass and the other wonders that abound, improvising sweet jars that we will be back in a few convenient time!
now been decided, the holidays this year will be based in the country, various tours (including all 'ikea ), household chores and relax!
So I'm waiting impatiently! Meanwhile:

Wash the fruit (about 2 kg total) and peel peaches and pears. Reduce all pieces of medium size.
Pour into a pan large enough and pour the lemon juice medium and 500 grams of sugar. (Sugar can also be more, depends on the fruit, the mine was very sweet and already this quantity made it great, I always suggest to taste during cooking leaving it to cool down a bit '!)
Cook, stirring all the occasionally with a slotted spoon remove the foam that forms well. While fruit cooks prepare the empty jars with plugs and thoroughly clean every time. The jam is ready after about 50 min or when pouring a spoon on a clean plate that will slide slowly downward if "placed vertically.
