Remo's soup



Needless to say that Rome is more beautiful every time ....
to welcome us was a magnificent climate that the other day gave us an ice cream without the coat, which for us up here, surrounded by drabness of the metropolis, is now only a dream.
course with the climate, even the people who have welcomed and pampered, as always, have helped make the trip more soft!
very glad the day was marked by three basic meals to pick up all the energy needed to wake up your breakfast ready with lots of hot coffee and all other desires "pre-sliced, lunch and dinner always special, were prepared apparent simplicity of the hands of Polish Remo!
He liked to call himself a "handyman", but his dishes were a chef!
So it was that after a busy giornatina amazes us the unique flavor of his soup!
you feel the taste of each vegetable, here and there a morsel of flesh soft, in a tasty broth and spicy, who knew good meat and oil ... Each tablespoon peace call in the senses!
Obviously I've been taking notes with his mind and his throat ...

Serves 4 or more dishes:

4 / 5
zucchini half stick of celery with leaves half bunch of Catalonia



two onions 4 carrots 4 / 5 cabbage leaves plenty
a handful of peas

two teaspoons of chopped parsley 500 g of boiled meat for beef or whatever you prefer

oil salt pepper In a large pot

to boil enough salted water to cover the meat with onion, two stalks of celery Both washed and peeled carrots.
Cook for about an hour. Meanwhile wash and chop all the vegetables into small pieces.
When the meat is well cooked remove from water with the onion, celery and carrots that will be chopped, continue cooking the sliced \u200b\u200bvegetables in the broth.
Then add all other vegetables into the pot. Keep
part of the meat and cut into small pieces.
Bake for half an hour at least and then add everything to taste with salt, add a good olive oil, parsley and crushed red pepper pleasure.
Cover and allow to rest for a while 'before serving.

My Wholemeal






relaxing weekend before the trip to Rome ...
pack your bags in 3 minutes and the rest of the time I dedicate to my own research ... and who knows me knows very well what I mean!
The air is wonderful, and after days of dreadful dullness us to visit the sun with a breeze that still stings the face. I could not ask for more! Before leaving
leave a trace of me in a piece of paper and air, the irresistible aroma of fresh bread ....

My Wholemeal
[with empirical method]


Ingredients:

400 g wheat flour 100 g white flour

cube of fresh yeast or half a sachet of dried yeast
a teaspoon of salt
two tablespoons of oil
lukewarm water [about 350 g]
a teaspoon of flaxseed
a tablespoon of sunflower seeds
half a tablespoon of poppy seeds
a handful of coarsely chopped walnuts In a small

bowl dissolve the yeast with five or six tablespoons of the warm water already weighing, let stand 10 minutes.
Combine flour with salt, baking powder, oil and knead by hand or with mixer at low speed, adding a little water at a time until you get a ball of a soft but not sticky.
(absorption varies from meal to meal so it might not serve all the water)
Form a ball and place in a tightly closed container. let rise in warm place (near the radiator is perfect) for 60 minutes, has to "grow".
Take the dough and knead well for a few minutes incorporating the seeds, place in an oven or mold with paper to give the desired shape, cover well and let stand again for another 60 minutes or more.
Bake at 220 degrees for 30-40 minutes "guarding the gold."
If you use a mold it is best to put the bread in the oven for a few minutes after removing it from the mold so good to harden the crust on all sides. Empirically
to control the cooking I tap the crust ... "Should sound empty" ...
Allow to cool completely before serving.

Hot Feet Condition_symptoms

"Lovstori"

title inspired by the publication of RAP .... in his own way says that small and large lovstori , advice to its curious hearts images that make you smile or cry in the case of a few!
Air freschina this Valentine's Day in arrival bothers me always a bit ', not just the little woman a better position to talk about this little party that I do not know much, but we can say that all this talk of "twisted love" these days has left me a bit' dazed. .. I think it happens to everyone!
:-) Just look at things with different lenses to not recognize what you thought was forever ... is: for how much there beats the heart in a life ?.... and how many more you straighten your hair?!
I wonder if there is a sense that moves the rock of our feelings, or better, if there is a fate that turns on or off the fire! Of course loving also means being a cartoon ridiculous or sad or so happy that smile all the space ...
I think everyone in some way have their own "love loser" , but not stop loving ...
... and that your "form" has ...?




Hearts of pastry

Ingredients:


200 g flour 75 g butter at room temperature
80 g of fine sugar 2 egg yolks

75 g almond powder
grated rind of one lemon

a pinch of salt 2 tablespoons cold water


This time I did with the early ' impastatrice ;
burro + zucchero + tuorli + limone + farina e sale + mandorle + acqua q.b.
a velocità ridotta .
Per chi ne fosse sprovvisto, è una frolla classica da impastare come al solito. Potrebbe risultare un po' secca per questo ho aggiunto uno/due cucchiai di acqua fredda, ma non è obbligatorio .
Dopodiché l'ho avvolta nella pellicola trasparente e messa a riposare al fresco per un'oretta.
Ho acceso il forno in anticipo a 180°, ho steso la pasta e ricavato dei cuori con gli appositi stampini nello spessore di 4 mm.
Per rimuoverli meglio cuocerli su una teglia con carta forno per 10/12 minuti o finché la pasta diventa leggermente dorata.
