Shows Up In Blood Brain Tumor

Pumpkin passion!



Mmmmmhh!!! Come non farci caso!!...
Sono arrivate le zucche e gli orti di fiducia (famigliari compresi) distribuiscono...Oro, ops Loro.....ciòè le mie preferite!!
Dai colori meravigliosi, al sapore dolciastro che da crude ricordano un po' le castagne, per me possono essere un piatto unico!!
Ammetto: insolito forse, ma quando capita that good, solid and tasty at the right point: I can not give up the platter of roasted pumpkin one without boundaries, frills and complications ... and that is how the actress quiggù ...

Pumpkin Baked

The ingredients are simple: a good squash sliced, arranged on a baking tray with a little 'oil, oregano to taste, bay leaves, salt.
Cook at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes, turning the slices halfway through cooking if you take too much color (if necessary cover with aluminum foil). Remove from the oven and eat whatever you like, I put good extra virgin olive oil and generous I do with a feast!

How wonderful autumn has arrived!
My favorite season, the days get shorter, the campaign smells of wet earth, the sun is weaker and somewhere you feel the smell of fire already! Under
came home the little man of chestnuts, which certainly a nice view of the coming days I will take away a bag!
Air freschina mixes the scent of morning coffee, I put a sweater, stroking my belly and I enjoy waking up in the city!

Cream of carrot and potato

Ingredients:
for two hearts

6 carrots 5 potatoes

2 stalks of celery 1 onion

4 / 5 sage broth

a nut butter oil

salt

and pepper Prepare a vegetable broth (about a liter).
Clean and chop the onion and celery then fry with the butter in a pan with high sides if you need the broth and deglaze with a little salt.
Peel and prepare potatoes and carrots into pieces of about 2x2cm, then put everything into the pot, add to the mixture well and add stock to cover all the superfluous by taking it forward. Combine the sage leaves and cook with the lid ajar, stirring occasionally. When the vegetables are cooked well to blend everything reducing cream, evaluate the density and possibly leave restriction on fire if it were too runny or, conversely add a little 'stock if it is too dense.
Serve hot with croutons to taste!

admit I have neglected my niche in the kitchen .... but the distance from here was really for a good cause ... still work in progress! ... (Which we'll get a bit ':-)
Where were we ...? first a bit 'of healthy holiday, then work and a few misunderstandings that distracted me, now I just gotta put on my tracks! During the sleepless nights
review the recipes on my favorite cookbooks, I also copied and dictated notes of things like this cake simple salt simple I pinned some time ago.
can be a starter, a second or main course ... it all depends on the extent of the slice!





pie
"onions and gorgonzola"

Ingredients:
for a tin of 22 cm

One package of puff pastry
2 eggs
5 / 6 100 g of fresh onions

50 g Gorgonzola cheese
2 tablespoons grated parmesan to taste

milk 20 g butter
a tablespoon of dried oregano salt and pepper


Preheat oven 200 °.
Wash, clean well and chop the onions, then fry in butter without coloring them, if necessary, add water and let simmer well, add salt.
In a bowl combine the eggs and beat with a whisk, then add the ricotta, parmesan, oregano and a bit 'of milk to make it all a bit' more fluid, then season with salt and pepper.
When the onions are ready remove from heat and let cool slightly, 'while good to have the pastry into the pan, prick the bottom and evenly distribute the chopped gorgonzola.
Cover evenly with onions and immediately pour the egg over the surface of the dough. Fold the edges toward the center puff pastry.
Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

Serve warm.
