How wonderful autumn has arrived!
My favorite season, the days get shorter, the campaign smells of wet earth, the sun is weaker and somewhere you feel the smell of fire already! Under
came home the little man of chestnuts, which certainly a nice view of the coming days I will take away a bag!
Air freschina mixes the scent of morning coffee, I put a sweater, stroking my belly and I enjoy waking up in the city!

Cream of carrot and potato

Ingredients:
for two hearts

6 carrots 5 potatoes

2 stalks of celery 1 onion

4 / 5 sage broth

a nut butter oil

salt

and pepper Prepare a vegetable broth (about a liter).
Clean and chop the onion and celery then fry with the butter in a pan with high sides if you need the broth and deglaze with a little salt.
Peel and prepare potatoes and carrots into pieces of about 2x2cm, then put everything into the pot, add to the mixture well and add stock to cover all the superfluous by taking it forward. Combine the sage leaves and cook with the lid ajar, stirring occasionally. When the vegetables are cooked well to blend everything reducing cream, evaluate the density and possibly leave restriction on fire if it were too runny or, conversely add a little 'stock if it is too dense.
Serve hot with croutons to taste!
