Titolo strano èh? Bè, direi che la foto spiega tutto: ho fatto degli hamburger (fatti in casa, of course) con sopra le uova all’occhio di bue. Io non li ho mangiati perché non vado matta né per gli uni né per le altre, però il mio compagno di ha mangiati di gusto.
Ingredienti per 2 persone (o una che mangia tanto ;D):
- 2 hamburger
- 2 eggs salt
- oil and butter

Cook the burgers with a little olive oil in a non-stick pan. Halfway through cooking the meat in another pan, heat a knob of butter (or oil ... my dad did with me and go on like butter) and cook the two fried eggs (the secret to cook perfect white is to tilt the pan and pour melted butter on white.
Dial the plate by depositing, with the help of a spatula, an egg over each burger.
