But I like the new world, sooner or later will take up my things but for now I enjoy the small.
little time for anything else, but if I can safely reassure the future Mammine to me in the shower, rub a cream, dry hair for 15 minutes, be on the phone, cook quickly (for the occasion gave me a book on the subject), pet my husband, nurse, going out with Peter in all weather conditions, invite friends over for dinner (better if they bring their dinner!) and unfortunately too busy with household chores, and yes ... There is no time for that too !!...
.... Yesterday morning I had big plans for my super-organic whole wheat flour, but in the refrigerator two or three little things were missing key ...
At these points with every intention of experimenting, I improvised a kneading very similar to that used for pies crust type dough by adding a second semi inspiration. What do you get out? Simple
crackers for a snack: salty strictly on the surface!

The recipe invented on the spot is very simple but I would say a little 'impromptu to be transcribed as it should ...
Mix about 200 g of wheat flour, a spoon of butter at room temperature, water as needed, salt and a tablespoon of grated Parmesan. Then
stendere il tutto con un mattarello e prima delle ultime passate cospargere la superficie con semi vari (papavero, sesamo, girasole) e fior di sale. Ancora due o tre passate per schiacciare bene i semi nell' impasto e poi ritagliare con un coltello le sagome dei crackers.
Infornare a 180° per pochi minuti.
