BRAIDED SWEET CHEESE-STUFFED

For breakfast I have porridge half alone, you believe it?! I love eating breakfast cakes leavened products, if we are filled with jam or, even better than chocolate, the better! Braid remains a soft and tasty.

Ingredients (leaving two long braids as a pan da forno, oppure una treccia più grossa che andrà sistemata a U sulla teglia)

  • 500 gr farina manitoba(oppure 300gr 00 e 200gr manitoba)
  • 300 ml di latte
  • 50 gr di burro morbido
  • 5 cucchiai di zucchero
  • 1 cucchiaino di sale
  • 1 bustina di lievito secco istantaneo
Io ho impastato con la macchina del pane (prima i liquidi poi gli ingredienti secchi, programma impasto from 1.30 h), but you can easily knead by hand, cover and let rise for about an hour (I must say that I changed yeast, after the cake with roses, and this works fine!)
For the simple braid : Divide the dough into three parts, forming the cylinders, make a cut along the length and filled with jam or nutella, close the cut (do not worry if it stays out some 'jam occasionally, but try to close as best you can ) and twist the three rolls. For the plot
beautiful full-bodied as I did: divide the dough in two and form two cylinders beautiful long, cut them and stuff them as above and then wrap spiral with each other, forming with these two cylinders "intertwined" and make a U turn back to the two spiral rolls. You understand? No huh ... Okay, do as you are; P
Place on baking sheet covered with parchment paper, cover with plastic wrap and leave somewhere warm for an hour (2 hours ... I even had a show they were so swollen!).
Preheat the oven to 180 ° for 15 min. (I to tell you the truth I had long been preheated to 200 - I was taking a shower and .... I am a bit 'lost away! - But it was too hot because they are cooked in a moment and I nearly burned under ! down a little better ' the temperature and takes a little more ... who goes Slow and steady wins the race!)
Brush with milk and sprinkle with granulated sugar if necessary. Bake until golden (at 200 ° it took me about half an hour, 180 will serve 40 to 45 min).
