Epiphany takes away all the festivities! Yeah ... now even the Christmas season is almost past.
Since, at least for my family, can not miss the camel on the day of Epiphany, I propose this alternative: I cut my tooth in half and camels I filled with a cream simply heavenly nutella, prepared to work along with the electric whisk mascarpone 250 g of chocolate spread with plenty of soft, at least 4 tablespoons, and a tablespoon of sifted icing sugar. To fill my camels I used a pastry bag to prevent breaking them. A real treat!
