good Mom! I love the fajitas, I eat more when we go to Mexico, but it is the first time that I can play them at home, and according to my companion, had nothing to envy to the restaurant ...
Ingredients for 2-3 people:
- 500 gr di petto di pollo
- 1 grossa cipolla
- 1 pizzico di cumino
- curry (facoltativo)
- olio extravergine di oliva (2 o 3 cucchiai)
- 2 cucchiaini di salsa Worcester (io non l'ho messa)
- sale q.b.
- 2 grossi peperoni
- pepe o peperoncino se gradito
- 3 tortillas di farina (io ho usato delle banali piadine, non c’รจ poi tanta differenza)
- chopped cheese (I used a sweet Ikea, but that's okay any other cheese that could melt)
Slice the onion and peppers (washed of course) and cook a couple of tablespoons of oil for ten minutes. Add the meat cut into strips and let cook, salting and adding the sauce and spices (plus any pepper / chilli). Finish cooking and then stuff the tortillas with the chicken, sprinkle with cheese and closing the crescent flatbread.
