Varicose Veins Template

COCOA CAKE MUFFINS


The idea was that the filling of cheese remained in the middle of the muffins with chocolate ... but it collapsed, probably because the dough was too soft. However, even so they were appreciated.




Ingredienti:

  • 1 uovo
  • 200 gr di zucchero
  • 200 ml di panna da cucina
  • 150 ml di latte o caffè, in base ai gusti
  • 1 bustina di vanillina
  • 2 cucchiai di cacao amaro
  • 280 gr di farina con lievito
  • 150 gr di ricotta
  • zucchero a velo q.b.

Lavorare l’uovo con lo zuchero, unire gli ingredienti liquidi, la vanillina ed infine la farina setacciata con lievito e cacao.
Mix the sieved cottage cheese with a couple of tablespoons of powdered sugar (taste the cream because I went to the eye).
Fill the cups of muffin in half, dropping the middle one teaspoon of cream mixture and cover with the other (or returnees directly with the dough, make a hole in the center and Versari cream). Bake at 180 degrees for 20 to 25 min.
