Smokin' Man Destroyer

COCONUT CAKE AND CHOCOLATE DROPS THE MAYONNAISE BISCUITS


Come on the classic ... but I must say that it is always appreciated!




Ingredients for a cake pan for 22 -24 cm:

  • 1 cup of yogurt with coconut
  • 1 jar (the empty yogurt) seed oil
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 3 ½ cups flour with yeast (or with the addition of one packet of yeast)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 jar of coconut flour and ½
  • a little jar of chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract






Working up the eggs with sugar, add the yogurt (you can also put before the sugar, so you have to empty the jar sizes), oil, vanilla and coconut flour. Stir in the flour sifted with baking powder and finally the chocolate chips. Pour into greased and floured cake tin and bake at 180 degrees for forty minutes (that is the toothpick test).
